Oasis Marina – December 2011 update This December Update will be the first of our quarterly update. As the updates will now be quarterly, we have included video clips of Oasis Marina so owners will be able to get a better idea of how the pictures in the update relates to the site. Due to the prevailing conditions in the country, building has been slow but steady. In order to deal with the current climate, we try to focus on individual blocks at a time. The current block we are concentrating on is Block A1. As the block has been built in concrete, the next stage is the brick work. Pictures 1 and 2 show the block before and after brick work started on the first floor. Pictures 3-5 show our brick contractors working on building the walls for individual apartments. Once the apartment walls have been built, door frames are installed. This has to take place before the internal walls can be plastered. Pictures 6 & 7 show the door frames being installed. After our brick contractors completed the ground floor apartments, our plastering our contractors started to work on some of the ground floor apartments. In picture 11 it is possible to see some plastered balconies. Pictures 8-12 show views from various blocks. We understand from some owners that the pictures in the update can be confusing in that they appear to look very similar. This is due to the fact that all the buildings have either the same or of similar designs. To make to pictures less confusing and give a greater insight as to the work carried out, we have included 4 videos clips with this update.
