Oasis Marina – March 2009 update

Work has resumed in Oasis Marina.  Due to the positioning of the workmen’s buildings in front of G & H villas, they would have had to be removed in before the delivery.  For this reason, we decided to remove the buildings sooner than waiting for the delivery date.  We have decided to use portable offices which can be moved to various sites as the building proceeds. Picture 1 shows the clearing of the workmen’s buildings.  Pictures 2,3, 4, 5 and 6 shows work being carried on in the front line villa apartments.  The wooden frames are currently being built for the villas for floors and columns depending on the state the actual villas.  Once the frames have been built, concrete will be poured into to complete the floors and columns.   Building equipment is regularly being loaded on site to ensure that smooth progress of the building works.
