Oasis Marina – April 2009 update 

The front row villa apartments, although smaller than the blocks behind, in fact more time consuming and demanding to build. Picture 1 shows the column frames at pool level that will support the floor of the first floor. Picture 2 shows the wooden frame for the floor.  Once the wooden floor frame is completed, the entire floor area is laid with reinforcing steel rods. Picture 3 The piping for the electrical wring for the floor must also be set at this stage.  Picture 4 shows concrete being laid.  The front row villa apartments are at various stages of construction.  Picture 5 shows one villa block with the roof being built and in the back ground it is possible to see another villa block with the floor of the first floor in the wooden frame waiting for concrete.  The Oasis Marina beach is set to be a very popular location.  Picture 6 shows people already enjoying the Oasis Marina beach.
