Oasis Marina – June 2009 update  

June was a busy month in Oasis Marina.  Villa blocks G & H were raised from bare concrete floors to waiting for the final stage which is the floor for the last floor picture 1.  We hope to be able to complete the final floor in the month of July. With the exception of Villa Blocks A & B, all the villa apartment blocks now have the pool level completed and many also have both floors completed.   This has meant that we are not able to start the brickwork in the pool level apartments. It is possible to see some of the brickwork in pictures 2, 3 & 4.  Work has now started in Villa Blocks A & B.  The concrete floor was laid and now the wooden frames for the foundation are being prepared.  Picture 6 shows the work being done in the foundation of an apartment block in preparation of laying the pool level concrete floor. We hope that with the commencement of the brickwork, the design and layout of Oasis marina will become more clear and obvious in the passing months.
