As the previous month was very slow due to the Ramadan and Eid celebrations, October was a much more productive month.  In October work started on the top floor of the villa apartments.  Villa block H (picture 1) is complete while Villa Block E is nearing completion (picture 2 & 3).  We hope to complete Villa Blocks C to G in November.  Work has also started on the internal electrical and plumbing works in the pool level villa apartments. The works will move to the top floor villa apartments once they are built in brick.  The final concrete foundations works for villa B has also been completed (picture 4).  The next stage will be to build and raise the foundations in brick to enable the laying of the ground floor.  We are very pleased to announce the opening of another Iraida Furniture Showroom in 6^th of October, Cairo. Picture 5 shows the showroom being opening by Dr Mohammed El Menoufi, the Chairman of Electro Star, the leading electrical items producing company in Egypt.  He is also the chairman of the Business Group in 6^th of October.  Picture 6 shows the Chairman Line bedroom.  The Chairman Line, one of the most popular in brand in Iraida Furniture, will be used for the Turnkey apartments.
