Oasis Marina – November 2009 update  

For the November update we included extra pictures in order to give a better idea of the volume of work carried out in such a short space of time. The month of November, despite the Eid holidays and hence less working days, was a very busy month.  Our contractors worked very hard trying to complete the brickwork for the top floor villa apartments.  Pictures 1-3 show the brickwork in progress while picture 4 shows some of the completed villa apartments.  As we mentioned in our previous update, work has also started on the internal electrical system for the villa apartments. Pictures 5 & 6 shows some of the electrical works already completed.  With the villa apartments built in brick, work in the coming months will concentrate on the apartment blocks.  Picture 7 shows preparation for the first floor columns.  When the contractors return from their Eid break work will commence on the top floor, thereby completing the apartment block. Pictures 8 & 9 show the start of plastering work inside and outside the villa apartments.  Picture 10 was taken from the roof of one of the villa apartments showing the magnificent views of the Red Sea.
