Oasis Marina – December 2009 update 

December was a very productive month in the building of Oasis Marina.  With most villa apartments already built with brick, the electrical works for inside and outside the apartments was in full swing Picture 1.  Once the electrical works is complete in an apartment, the next stage is to plaster the walls.  Picture 2 shows the workman first assessing the level depth for the plaster. Once the level has been established, plaster work can start immediately in the apartments. Pictures 3 and 4 show workers plastering the internal walls and also the balcony.  The Plastering Contractor has made good progress with the plastering work and has also commenced plastering the exterior walls Pictures 5 & 6.   We are working equally hard of the apartments blocks.  Picture 7 shows the wooden frame for the final floor of an apartment block.  Picture 8 shows the foundation work on another apartment block.  With dedicated contractors and a tight deadline the building of Oasis Marina is making very good progress.
