Oasis Marina January 2010 update 

The month of January saw flash floods in the Red Sea region and Hurghada.  Although the flooding meant that work was put on hold while we waited for the dry out, there has been significant improvement in the building of Oasis Marina.  The plastering work in the villa apartments is complete in some of the villa blocks.  It is now possible to see finishing touches to the exterior plaster work.  Picture 1 shows the completed external plaster work with the Oasis marina trade mark design groves in the plaster. The internal plastering work has also been proceeding very well.  Pictures 2 & 3 show apartments that have their internal plaster works completed.  The wooden frames for the internal doors have already been installed in these apartments (pictures 4 & 5) . The villa apartment that have their internal and external plastering complete, were treated to the first coat of external paint (pictures 6 & 7).Work is ongoing in all levels of Oasis Marina and not restricted to just the villa apartments.  Pictures 8,9 & 10 show the large scale works currently being carried out.  We have on site the building materials that will ensure the smooth progression of works.  Picture 11 shows our Engineers and the concrete contractors explaining to Mr Ehab, chairman of the Iraida Group, the building progress.
