Oasis Marina – February 2010 update

The month of February was a very busy month.  We have two contractors working on the villa apartments.  As all the villa apartment blocks are built, the contractors have their workers plastering and painting both the internal and exterior walls of the villa apartments.  Pictures 1-3 and 6-7 show the progress of external work in the villa apartments.  Pictures 4 & 5 show the internal painting progress of the apartments.  Half of the villa apartments now have had several coats of base paint making them completely white and visible from a great distance.   Oasis Marina trade mark villa apartments and design is now becoming a focal point in the area.  We should mention that the white exterior paint will not be the final colour.  The contractors will prepare all the paint work leaving the final coat to be applied in late June or early July.  Work is also progressing well in the apartment blocks.  Pictures 10 – 12 show the workers as they prepare the ground, brick and also the wooden moulds for several apartment blocks.
