Oasis Marina – April 2010 update
April saw the continuing building of Oasis Marina. The attached pictures show the progress made in the month of April. As many owners have been asking for details of how the furniture will look like, we have attached pictures of the Oasis Marina Turnkey furniture that is on display in the Iraida Furniture Showroom. We can confirm that production is the furniture is on target and once the apartments are built, the furniture will be ready for installation. In the past few months we have realised that some of our contractors, due to other work commitments, have fallen behind with the schedules and timetable they agreed with us. This fact is more evident in the blocks behind the villa apartments. Due to this, we are presently in negotiations with other contractors who, we hope, will be more reliable. With the new contractors, we intend to get all the concrete and external building of the apartment blocks completed by September. Once this is done, we will start working on connecting the sewage, water, electrical systems for phase 1 buildings. We also start work on the landscaping and swimming with the intention to make phase 1 ready for occupation by December 2010.
