Oasis Marina – June 2010 update 

In June the Marble Contractors started on stairs of the villa apartments and the Ceramic Contractors started work inside the apartments (pictures 1-6).  The Pictures show the great advances made since the last update.  We have acquired a huge quality of materials to continue with the building works (pictures 7 & 8).  We are working equally hard in the apartment blocks behind.  Pictures 9 – 13 show the various stages of the other blocks.  Due to the size of Oasis marina, it is difficult to capture all the buildings in one short.  Picture 14 is a panoramic short of Oasis marina taken about 150 from the beach.  It should give a slightly better idea of the building progress of Oasis Marina. Important Notices:1.      All owners should be receiving an email explaining the reduced maintenance payments.  If you do not receive an email either from us or your agent, please contact us directly and we will send this email to you.  2.      Owners with their final payment due by 31 July must pay on time to benefit from the reduced maintenance.3.      We are creating a owner’s site for Oasis Marina owners alone.  We hope that the site will be completed by the next update.  Once completed all owners will need to register to be able to access additional pictures and updates.
