Oasis Marina –  August 2010 update        

August was an important landmark for Oasis Marina as it saw the first delivery of villa apartments.  Pictures 1, 2, 3 and 4 show craftsmen from Iraida Furniture installing furniture in Turnkey apartments.  The furniture design chosen for the Turnkey apartments is the extremely popular Oasis Marina range which was specifically designed for the development.   The pictures 5 and 6 shows the wardrobe and twin single beds installed.  The vast majority of Oasis Marina apartments will have sea view.  This is certainly the case with the villa apartments.  Their front line location ensures magnificent views.  The furniture installed in Turnkey villa apartments have been designed and laid out to exploit the sea views. Pictures 7, 8 and 9 show the reception area.  The Red Sea can be clearly seen from the reception area.  The sofa convert to pull out sofa beds and this allows additional sleeping area.  The villa apartments are either 1 or 2 bedrooms.  Picture 10 shows the bathroom of a two bedroom apartment while picture 11 shows the bathroom of a one bedroom villa apartment.  Our objective is to now complete the internal furnishing of the villa apartments so we are able to concentrate of the apartment blocks behind.  Picture 12 show the villa apartment block with several windows installed.  Pictures 13 and 14 shows the first stage of mapping the landscaping area to confirm levels and positioning of landscaping and the main swimming pool.
