January month has been a quiet as we have been concentrating with the finishing and delivering of Oasis Resort.  Saying this, we are still on schedule for Oasis Marina.  We made a policy decision that instead of dividing our workforce into two, we will first deliver Oasis Resort so that we can then direct all our attention on Oasis Marina.  This will enable us for the first time to direct all our resources and manpower in Oasis Marina.  We have also used this quiet phase as the ideal opportunity to get senior specialist contractors to give us an overview of the work already carried out and the work due in the next phases.   This will ensure smooth and efficient working procedure.
