Oasis marina offers a wide selection of payment terms which have been arranged to give our clients all paying solutions those may fit them needs, our paying options:

25% Discount !: 

To get a 25% discount on the purchase price, the full amount of discounted price should be into our account within 8 weeks as follows:

1^st payment: 20% of discounted price within 14 days of the reservation date.

Final payment: 80% balance of discounted price within 8 weeks of agreement contract. 

20% Discount !:

To get a 20% discount on the purchase price, this plan is perfect if you do not want to pay out money too quickly and make a full amount of discounted price within 30weeks as follows: 

1^st payment : 20 % of discounted price within 12 days of the reservation date.

2^nd payment : 50% of discounted price within 6 weeks of agreement contract.

Final payment: 30% balance within 30 weeks of agreement contract.  

5 Years system:

Full payment – Extend term up to 5 years. With the turnkey finishing, you will only have to pay 60% of the total purchase price and get you property. The payment figures are set as below: 

1^st  payment: 10% of the purchase price as a reservation payment.

2^nd payment: 30% of the purchase price within 8 weeks.

3^rd payment: 20% of the purchase price on delivery.

The balance: 40% of the purchase price could be covered by the rental income. Also another one of the benefits is that you can use your apartment 12 weeks per year up to 5 year, kindly note that this option is valid only when your apartment is under turnkey category. otherwise you will pay the balance (40% of apartment price).
